Crate training is so important. Because of it, Harry doesn’t bother us when we sleep at night, can be put in there when he’s too hyper, and can be left at home by himself without concern. We never found luring him in with a treat effective when he was really young, but he does go in now for treats. One thing that has worked for us is to crate him in a different room. We find he is much more likely to stay in his crate calmly if we’re not in the same room with him. Good luck. Persevere with it!
